A Question for more experienced bloggers

If you didn't notice the post about my feed, be sure to look at it below. It works now.

Anyway. I've noticed that on some people's blogger blogs they have a part in their sidebar that says "Recent comments" then it will show who's recently made a comment. How can I do that? Anyone know?

Thanks!

  1. Go to the customize layout page, add a page element, and choose to add a feed. Put in this feed url (I found your comment feed for you):

    http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2223957653109030851/comments/default/

and click continue. It should come up with recent comments, and you can choose to show dates and comment authors as well. It might take a few tries, but I got it to work for my blog sidebar (then removed it).

Save your changes, put the element where you want it on your page, and you're done!

  2. Oh, make sure you get the WHOLE url; some of it doesn't show on the comment.

  4. Wow, I never even thought of that. Thank you for asking, Enna, and for knowing, Q; it's useful information.
