In My Mailbox (1)

In My Mailbox was created by The Story Siren

Here's what I've got in my "mailbox:"

Skinned, by Robin Wasserman
Fire, by Kristin Cashore
The Gurnsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, by Mary Ann Schaffer
And Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment, by James Patterson

I know some of these books may be considered "Old News" as they've been out for a while, but I just barely heard about them. So I'm really excited to read them. I'm starting with Skinned.

  1. I read The Angel Experiment for our YW Book group. The girls liked it and so did I. A very easy read. I finished in a little over a day which means you will finish it in one hour. So on to another thought other than books, I still need to take you out for your birthday. Trust me I haven't forgotten it just appears that way! Love ya!

  2. I love Maximum Ride =D
    Right now I'm reading Graceling.
I'm only a little into it, but it's pretty good so far!

  3. Glad to know there's someone else out there who hasn't read Guernsey yet! Enjoy.

  4. I have only read The Angel Experiment out of those four. The other three look interesting though, especially the one with the long "potato peeling pie" title. I have Fire on hold at the library. Graceling had a lot of potential. I loved the beginning, but the book ultimately disappointed me. I'm hoping this one redeems the first one
